Foundation of Hope is beginning a new health and wellness initiative to provide free classes to the public in meditation, yoga and stretching. Every week we will stream multiple classes through Facebook, each offered by individual, qualified professionals in their field.
This new series is born out of Foundation of Hope’s desire to help lift up our community as we work through the unprecedented challenges and stress brought on by the COVID-19 environment. Our goal with these wellness classes is to help the public relieve tension and help our community members cultivate a positive mindset as we work together to get through this challenging time.
Each instructor will bring their own experience and perspective when they teach. Please see our class and instructor profiles below for more information, and check our calendar for dates and times.

Stretching with Sara:
This twice-weekly class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00am-7:30am, starting Tuesday, February 16th. The class will be taught by Ace certified personal trainer Sara Pasquale. She is also certified in recovery yoga.
Sara invites you to start your morning with a half-hour mindful full body stretch, with hints of yoga and an emphasis on flexibility and balance.
Hope Yoga & Meditation with Mike:
Certified Yoga teacher MIke Antczak will stream this once-a-week class on Wednesdays starting at 12:30pm.
Hope Meditation with Karawan:
Karawan Alhamadani, certified in yoga, meditation and mindfulness, will live stream this weekly class on Wednesdays starting at 8pm.
Meditation with Giselle:
This weekly meditation class will be held on Fridays from 3:30pm-3:45pm, starting February 19th. The class will be taught by certified Yoga Instructor Giselle Mendes.
Each fifteen minute session will feature different exercises, including body scans, visualization exercises, and cultivating gratitude. These classes will feature a little bit of everything, and all are welcome to attend!
